Marketplace terms and conditions
These terms describe the order, refund, rental, and payment rules used across the VastraLoop platform.
Orders and Cancellation
Orders are confirmed after successful payment or valid Cash on Delivery submission. Manual UPI orders remain pending until admin verification. Orders may be cancelled before shipment when marketplace processing has not started.
Return and Refund
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with a reason, photo proof, pickup details, and bank or UPI refund details. Approved returns are processed to the refund account provided by the customer after deducting the delivery charge and an additional Rs 20 return handling fee.
Rental Rules
Rental products are booked for the selected rental period and may not be available during that window. Customers should return rented items in the agreed condition and timeline. Admin approval and status updates may be required for rental verification and completion.
Payment Terms
VastraLoop supports Razorpay, manual UPI payment with screenshot proof, and Cash on Delivery where enabled. Orders, rentals, and payment verification may be held, approved, or rejected by the admin team in cases involving fraud review, proof mismatch, or fulfilment issues.
